COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bonko Or Schulz Controls 390-150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch-Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch-Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Brandless product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch-Rexroth such as the HVR032W045N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R151029682 manufactured by Bosch-Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch-Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 954714 by Manufacturer Brandless as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand 5207130380 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch-Rexroth such as 3842311949 equipment made by Bosch-Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch-Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch-Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9131573 made by Bystronic as well as the popular 1500CL1S4 original spares produced by Bw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LRUGB6082A by Brandless and 3842311949 spares by Bosch-Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch. |
